I'm trying to understand on what frequencies a Zoom Room is emitting its ultrasonic sound for wireless pairing with a soft client and i seem to be unable to find any public information on this.In addition, is it the Zoom Room controller or appliance that would be emitting this sound? I'm assuming it's in 20-22 kHz - similar to Cisco's Webex ultrasound pairing, but i'd love to have a bit more background information on it and a confirmation of sorts.

On Linux when other meeting members try to make annotations on my shared screen, what they draw does not line up with where they are drawing. They can be drawing a rectangle around something in the middle of the screen, and when they stop, i.e. when it shows up on the screen for everyone, it is offset to the bottom right of the screen, wayyyyy off from where they actually drew. Wayland is the future of Linux in terms of compositors, can you please update the Zoom meeting client to properly use Wayland libraries when it is installed, rather than just X.   Thanks.

Hey everyone, does anyone know a good way to fix random disconnections during meetings? My Zoom keeps dropping and it’s super annoying  

We have a Poly Rove B2 / 30 that has a problem staying connected to Zoom.  If we reboot the B2 base most times we are able to make phone calls.  But after a period of time it appears to disconnect from Zoom and we just get a busy signal if we try to dial out.  I have verified the B2 base is still connected to the network as I am able to log into it's web page.  I am not sure what to look for in the SIP logs or SYSLogs to see when it is disconnected.  Any pointers would be appreciated.Thanks,   Steve

Hi every time I set a webinar to record to the cloud a local recording is also made on my computer automatically, resulting in extra GB's on my hard drive and CPU usage. I am not sure, but it seems it only happens when I check the “Automatically record webinar - to the cloud” setting when planning the webinar. Anyone els have this issue? Thanks, Siep

   In meetings, most of the other participants' photos are displayed. Mine shows an image that I may have chosen in the past (I don't remember), but it definitely is not a photo of me. or anyone else.   How can I set it to display either:      a. My face that is being picked up real-time by my webcam.      b. A photo of my choosing. (I'd just use a selfie).Thanks for you help,SweetTasha 

Hi, I am currently setting up a set of Poly Rove 40 handsets connected to a Rove b2 basestation. I can access the b2 basestation's web guide to make changes prior to provisioning the station with Zoom, however, as soon as I provision the basestation to Zoom, I can no longer access the basestation's web gui. I just get a "Connection Refused" error when trying to navigate to the basestation's IP address. I need to be able to access the web gui so I can add repeaters to the system. I've tried everything I've found related to fixing a connection refused error with no luck. What am I doing wrong to not be able to access the base station after provisioning?

Hi There,  I really need some help on this. I added a colleague as an alternative host on ONE meeting, but it seems he is now the default alt host on EVERY meeting I create and he receives an email notification.  Is there a way to remove him permanently as an alt-host? I have tried removing him from all past meetings, and that does not seem to work.  Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I have large zoom meetings - using a piano and recordings, so need Original Sound ON -- just last week participants are saying they are hearing an echo, I am not hearing an echo….

Although I can embed videos directly uploaded into Zoom Docs, and YouTube videos, I don't think I can embed videos I have published into Zoom Clips. I can link to it, but I want to be able to embed it. The option to embed is there, but I don't think it works. When I embed, I see it in my Zoom Docs. But when I try to view a published Doc, the video isn't embedded there, and that's where I want it to work. Any ideas? Is this possible? A feature request? A bug?

Hello! I can't find anywhere How to create a recurring conference without a fixed time? There used to be such an opportunity. With updates, it disappeared, or something has changed and I don't see it. Currently, the repetition field only has: daily/weekly/monthly. Please help me fix it. I use Mac OS.

I need to see the participants when delivering a power point training but the only way I can find to do is to show the gallery overlaid over the PP, which blocks some of the image

I updated to the newest version, and now my background is slightly blurry. Has anyone else had this issue, and if so, did you figure out how to make it clear again?Thanks!

Today, all of a sudden, I could not login to my Zoom app! but I can login using browser on the same desktop! Help. I have a basic plan so no access to support. 

Getting a pop-up that does not go away when joining a Zoom meeting using Microsoft Teams Room on Android (direct guest join). This is not a touch screen. Is there any way to get this off the screen? Thanks,  

I have had a couple of suspicious registrants sign up for my Meetings lately.  The one today was from the domain @schoolmail.website.  A quick Google search advised that I not allow this registrant out of the waiting room and into the meeting.  Is there any zoom spambot security I can use to stop these from registering for my meetings?

I’m trying to stream a Zoom meeting from one PC using another PC with OBS Studio.The video input signal is excellent, and the recording made directly in OBS is Full HD. However, when I send the video from OBS through Zoom, the participants receive a very low-resolution image.Interestingly, if I stream directly from my PC (without going through OBS), the video quality looks much better.Could anyone explain why this might be happening?Is there any difference in video resolution depending on the Zoom plan?Thanks in advance.

so i take online classes and we use zoom. after the windows update and zoom update my webcam no longer works every time i join the meeting a pop up says virtual background not done loading and options to use video or not to use video either way my video stays black and my light next to my webcam flashes once every 10-15 seconds. i have uninstalled and reinstalled, i have installed legacy versions, i have checked all permissions made sure zoom has permissions to use it i just can't seem to figure this one out.

Hello,I keep getting kicked out of meetings every few minutes. I use the desktop version of Zoom and have automated updates turned on in the app. Every few minutes Zoom asks me to leave the meeting or cancel and if I don't click on the exit button within seconds I get kicked out instantly. This happened to me many times already while it's working for anybody else in the meeting.Can anybody help me?Regards 

In our administration account I setup a meeting to automatically turn on AI companion and distribute the summaries to "All meeting invitees including those outside of our organization".  The invitees included "@yahoo" and "@gmail" invitees.  Upon completion of the meeting, the summary shows in the meeting summaries list in Zoom for the administrator as complete (I can see the summary).  However, none of the attendees on the call got an email (e.g. gmail) summary sent to them.  All of them are using free Zoom accoun Are summaries only sent to paid Zoom accounts?

When I log into the desktop client on Windows 10 PC and click on Apps, it comes up saying Loading Zoom Apps with spinning wheel and stays that way.  I have downloaded several game apps that say they have been added, but I can't seem to get to them.  Other family members all use Macs and have no issues.  As the only PC user I need help getting to the games I've supposedly added.  Any and all suggestions are most welcome.  Thank you. 

Hi all,I sit facing a window, but not in direct sunshine.My face appears ridiculously white, and I can’t find any option in Zoom to turn the brightness down a bit. The reason this looks like a Zoom issue is that I also use Teams, and with the exact same background image (or indeed no background image) my face isn’t as white or washed out. It’s still bright but much better in Teams with the same cam. The only setting that looks vaguely related is Adjust for low light. This doesn’t help, unsurprisingly, I need the opposite. In the Windows camera app it is also better than Zoom.Any ideas (other than putting the blinds down)? W10 ProClient 6.6.11Licensed (paid) version

Hi all, wondering if someone might be able to help me?...The annotation and Whiteboard tools are not working properly whenever I try to use them over the last few months (It's odd because they did work in the past). I can select different tools and I try to create, draw or write with them, but nothing appears on the screen when I'm using them. I've tried changing the colours, &using different tools to see if just one works, but nothing does. I even bought a paid Zoom package thinking that this would make a difference (I use Zoom for tutoring so the annotation and whiteboard tools are essential for the lessons I give) but to my dismay I discovered during a lesson that it still didn't work.Please help!
