Outage logs?

Are there logs in the Zoom web portal where I can see if there were any outages where we may have lost connectivity briefly? We had some internet issues.and one area reported they had intermittent outages with Zoom Phone  even though we have local survivability. They also reported they were missing call recordings that appeared later.

    Appreciate your post. Regarding your inquiry, yes, you can check for outages or connectivity issues in the Zoom web portal.

    Here is how:

    • For Zoom Phone, sign in as an admin and go to Account Management > Alerts & Notifications > Zoom Phone > Logs. Here, you can filter by date, alert type, or severity to review any warnings or critical events.
    • For call recordings, go to Phone System Management > Logs > Recordings to see the status and history of call recordings.

    These logs can help you identify if there were any outages or delays in call recordings appearing in your account.

    The steps you suggested didn’t provide the information I needed. I entered a ticket with Zoom Support and they were able to provide the information I needed. Thank you for your suggestions though!
