Garbled audio from Youtube during meetings

There have been many things said on this subject and it apparently has been going on for several years.  I have tried every fix I have been able to find, followed all the instructions given and still there is a problem.  I used to play Youtube music while I was waiting on people to join my meeting.  About 2 months ago, all of a sudden, the music became garbled and choppy.  My zoom settings had not changed.  Same computer.  There is either a problem with Zoom or Windows 11. I have tried every single fix and NONE of the them alleviate the problem.
