Does anyone know why zoom is not getting back to your email

Hi, everybody. 

Does anybody have the same problem as us. Zoom is not responding to our emails? We email support as well as our account manager, and it is just silence? We try again and another silence. We have been with Zoom for many years, and they're just going downhill.
