zoom stuck in loop

Whenever I open the Zoom app, it is not signed in. I then click on "youve previously signed in as ***********", which opens a browser window. I sign in. 

 

It then pops another Chrome window. Zoom never signs in. This loop is inescapable. Help?

Thank you for your post. With regards to your inquiry, yes, you can edit or add follow-up emails to webinar attendees even after the webinar has ended. To do this:

  1. Go to the Webinars section in the Zoom web portal.
  2. Select your webinar and click the Email Settings tab.
  3. In the Follow-up Email to Attendees section, click Edit to modify the content or add additional information or links.
  4. Save your changes.

This allows you to send an additional follow-up email to your attendees after the webinar has concluded.
