Unable to receive webhook meeting.chat message.sent

I'm having trouble getting the above webhook. Another of my pro personal accounts has requested DLP to be enabled and it's showing up in the Account Management interface.
I've also enabled webhooks in the features, scope configuration. What should I do to get this hook?
