Hola, tengo un problema con las grabaciones de zoom por correo. Al momento que configuro mi grabación de zoom, lo pongo a petición para que mis clientes antes de ver la clase grabada se registren primero para luego aprobarlas manualmente. Pero el problema está cuando les apruebo... les llega un correo con el link de la clase y es ahí que ese link mis clientes lo pueden compartir con otras personas quienes los pueden ver sin ningún registro y eso es lo que quiero evitar.

¿Como hago para que ese link vuelva a solicitar solo el correo de la persona que está autorizada en ver la clase y así evitar que cualquier persona lo pueda ver?

    I'm sorry for the late response. When Zoom cloud recordings are set to on-demand, the link sent after approval remains a shareable URL. While on-demand registration controls who can get approved, it doesn't prevent approved viewers from forwarding the link to others.

     

    To tighten access control, require authentication for viewing the recording:

    1. Navigate to your cloud recording settings in the Zoom web portal (or account-level recording sharing settings if managed there).
    2. Enable the option to Require users to authenticate before viewing cloud recordings before viewing the recording. This ensures only signed-in users can access the link.

    Additionally, confirm your recording remains set to on-demand with registration and manual approval enabled. This ensures the share link directs viewers to the registration and approval process first.
