I have receiving the error=1 in Android Zoom SDK. I have integrated with the help of this GITHUB link - https://github.com/zoom/zoom-sdk-android?tab=readme-ov-file I have changed target SDK 33 to 34 and new changes in gradle. In 33 SDK and gradle all is working fine and the user can also join the meeting. But this same flow is not working in 34 SDK. I have received Error_code=1 I have researched many sites and AI and I found mobilertc.aar and commonlylib this two file I need new file which is support in SDK34 and grandle. FYI - Old .aar and commonlylib are not worked and app has been crashed.Thanks, Pankaj 

How do I add an alternate host to a meeting I didn’t schedule?

 Hi everyone,I’m currently working with ZRA and trying to update the information in the Deal Info tab within a specific conversation. However, I haven’t been able to find any API that supports updating this data.I’m not sure if I’m missing something or overlooking the correct approach. If anyone knows whether there is an API available to update Deal Info, or has experience handling this, I would really appreciate your guidance.Thank you very much!

We have been using SMS for over a year, maybe close to two years, and never had a problem.  But just starting today, nobody can receive or send SMS messages on their Zoom lines.   Did something change in the last few days to prevent this from working. I Do have an active 10DLC campaign for all my numbers. 

I've been searching Settings but can't see how to turn AI Companion off, absolutely and completely. How do I do this?

I teach virtual classes and need to see the students while I am screen sharing.  Until a few weeks ago, this was not a problem.  I have watched various videos for help but I do not have the option of “Show Video Panel” when clicking on “More”.  Please advise.  Thanks!

I have a monthly meeting that occurs on the third Thursday of the month. In want to add one additional occurrence that is on a different date. I recall that is used to be that if I went in to manage the meeting and clicked "Show all occurrences," that at the bottom of the list, there used to be a button to add a single occurrence.  I don't see that anymore - can someone advise me? This is what I see at the end of my list of occurrences, there's no option to add another occurrence:  

I have a Zoom Workplace Business plan. Is the "streaming" feature available? I see it in the "Meetings" section, but the settings are unavailable...

When did hosts stop being able to assign directly from the waiting room to a breakout room? The new Zoom Workplace Application offered an amazing feature that allowed Host and Cohosts to view the waiting room, assign the participant to a breakout room and admit. The participant would go directly to the Breakout Room and bypass the main room. (Referenced in the “2 new features you might have missed” Article) My coworkers and I have noticed one by one we are losing that functionality. Can this be fixed?

I have been running zoom on my chromebox for well over a year. Recently, a message at the top says they're going to cease support for the app in August and replace it with Zoom PWA. I've tried to convert since they're telling me I'm going to have to, but it doesn't work. Each time I try to join a meeting with the new app, it generates a new meeting invitation, sends me the information email. Using the meeting ID from that email just starts the process again. It's an endless loop. The "old app" works just fine. Any thoughts or advice? Chromebox has 16 GB RAMIntel(R) Celeron(R) CPU 3867U @ 1.80GHz (2 threads, 1.80GHz)GB service for my internet connection 

We recently had Zoom Workspace upgrade to version 6.7.5 the camera freezes the app stops and starts its terrible. Is Zoom aware of the issues

Hello! We have an educator that has enabled "Sound notification when someone joins or leaves"; however, when learner join the meetings, the chime is not sounded.   Has anyone come across this one before? Here are some details:Just switched to a new computer (had been working before on a different device)Zoom Version: 5.14.8.16213Chrome 113 on Windows 10Uninstalled Zoom and re-installed latest version (5.14.8.16213)Thanks for any help!

New surface when I open Zoom, cannot find overview on my booked mtgs and can go only day by day view, tried a lot. I need an overview function!

A company that I used to subscribe to receive a service from, but I have since cancelled, is continuing to add my name and email details to register to new webinar series. The company is then using this as an excuse to try to continue to charge my credit card to attend and view the webinars. I never signed up for the webinars and I do not want to receive these spam emails. How am I able to unsubscribe from these webinars that I never signed up to? (a fraudulent company is using the invites as an excuse to try and charge me for attending the meetings!)   

Virtual background shows a wooden staircase background even when set to None, after reinstalling Zoom and resetting virtual background from web settings." "I already tried all these steps. I reinstalled Zoom completely, reset virtual background from zoom.us web settings, disabled virtual background from my account, and the wooden staircase background still appears. I need help please! and is only from my  laptop. 

When trying to update zoom I attempted to uninstall, that shows the location doesnt have the files it needs, I tried downloading and installing a new version that failed for same reason the tool keeps looking for the installation location which doesn't exist. I tried the cleanzoomtool also same results, maybe I should remove via registry?

I know Zoom has a 'Simulive' feature for pre-recorded webinars, but does it also support replaying chat in live chat from the original recording?

The format of timer app seems to change. I used to have buttons for pausing, resetting etc. Also there was history of time used before and some options (1 min. 3 min. 5 min.). Now display is a digital timer (00:00:00) and a START bar.  Also noticed the number 1 next to apps icon (showing number of apps loaded) no longer there. Fred

I have recorded my class during the meeting. I have shared my screen to the audience. But in the records there is only audio and no video part. There is two files which "Shared screen with speaker view" and " Audio only "  files. But there is no video is playing in the record. only audio I can hear. Please help me. 

At the start of a meeting, I accepted the AI into the room. Then a notification announced that the recording had been started. So I didn't start the recording myself as usual. But at the end of the meeting, I can't find the recording anywhere. I know where I can usually find the recording in the cloud or on my computer. My question is about how to find recordings made by AI.After some research, I've learned that the AI is indeed supposed to make a small recording”. Where is this recording?
