@tab you can upgrade your heavy users to unlimited plan.    You can totally mix and match license types.  If you know all of the overages from two users, I think that makes perfect sense!

Yes, you can upgrade only the specific users who are consistently exceeding their usage limits. It is not necessary to move all users from the metered plan to the unlimited plan. Upgrading just the heavy users is often the most cost-effective option. Please let us know which users you'd like to upgrade, and we can assist further.
