Seeking Feedback from Zoom Whiteboard users

Hi Zoom Community!

We're exploring new ways to use AI to make whiteboarding feel more seamless during live meetings.

We're looking to speak with facilitators, workshop leaders, project managers, educators, and anyone who regularly runs collaborative sessions on Whiteboard. One area we're actively working on is helping teams capture and organize ideas as conversations happen. Instead of stopping to take notes, sort sticky notes, or structure discussions, we're investigating how AI can help facilitate those activities in real time.
