We are having hackers attack our zoom meetings and sending 1000s of chat messages at once. Is there any way to delete all of them at once instead of having to delete them one at a time?

We have been experiencing several Zoom meetings over the last several weeks that have been getting "unstable network connections" and freezing video and audio.  We had not been experiencing this for the last several years here in the office with multiple calls happening every day.  Our internet connections speeds have remained very fast and showing no issues during the same time these zoom issues occur.  Is there something we should look at on our Network Firewall that could be impacting this?  We recently did update our Firewall on our network. Any other ideas would be greatly appreciated. 

A few weeks ago I started getting “Your internet connection is unstable” messages during meetings, and it was true – I froze momentarily for others and they froze for me. So I called the cable company and a tech support rep said he saw the problem, could fix it remotely, and did. Only it happened again. So I called again and the rep said I needed to replace my modem. So I did and it happened again. So I called again and they sent someone out, who said the coax cable had degraded and he replaced it. And it happened again. So I made a fourth service request and the guy replaced the new modem with a newer modem. And it happened again. I’m at my wit’s end; at this point, I can’t believe the problem is the cable connection. But what else could it be? I use Windows 11 with a new Dell laptop and a single wi

For Toastmaster meetings, we commonly rearrange the faces on the display so the Speaker image is close to the webcam.  Looking at the "webcam / Speaker image" simultaneously, gives the impression, to the Speaker, that the audience is listening. If we cannot place the Speaker image close to the webcam, it appears to the Speaker, that the audience is not listening.  We do not want to give the impression that we are ignoring the Speaker, because it is a boring Speech. I suspect that there are thousands of Toastmaster clubs who use Zoom.  There are quite likely more small groups than large groups who use Zoom. It would be better if we could "always" rearrange the images on the screen, even if someone raises their hand.

As I was trying to upload my branding as a background there was a picture of a rainbow filter like and now I can't remove it. I have a webinar coming up and I need to have this background removed. I removed the cache and emtied the trash. Rebooted multiple times. Please help!

I have several sites listed by cities.I'm trying to limit digital content admin rights to just a few units at each location. When I go to the specific device, I'm not able to just give to each unit. it's grey out and to the far right, I see: Using Account Settings. I don't see an option in account settings to list digital content admin settings per device. I don't want to give access to a Floor settings, I want each unit. thanks

We recently hosted a webinar and in the registration form it included Country/Region and Job Titles etc. But when I went to export the registrants and/or attendees from Reports the CSV file only shows First name, last name and email, and is blank for all the other information we should have collected. We have Zoom pro. Does anyone have a solution to getting ALL the data from the registrants AFTER a Zoom Webinar has finished.

We connect our camera using type-c to an iPad then start a Zoom call. Meetings starts ok - video stream from external camera is working. Then we are trying mute-unmute several times and camera becomes black. Also there is a big lag when external camera is being muted - whole application freezes for ~10 seconds.This doesn't reproduce with internal cameras. And we tried many other usb cameras as well as different iPads - same issue.STR: 1) Connect type-c camera to iPad.2) Make sure video stream works and external camera is used.3) Press mute/unmute many times.Actual result: at some point camera stops working.Expected result: camera works. Device: iPad mini (6th generation) OS: iPadOS 18.7.1 Attaching videos of the issue:

Hi,I’m using Zoom’s AI Companion meeting summary feature. The meeting captions were in English, but the generated AI summary is showing up in Chinese.How can I set the default language to English for the AI summary so it always generates in English?Thanks in advance

For the love of christ and all things holy someone please help me stop the stupid zoom app from creating duplicate events onto my google calendar!! I have three duplicate events for the same meeting and it's always that way when someone uses my scheduling tool in dubsado. Where are these events being created from? Why is it creating two different events for the same meeting and asking if I am joining. Why is it asking if I am attending if I am the host? Does this message board not allow photos or screenshots? What a horrible company.

Hi there, When I create a recurring I set the meeting ID to my personal ID, then I set the reoccurring settings and the meet ID defaults to a random ID that I don't want to use and my group isn't familiar with.  I tried this multiple times.  This used to work so I assume it is bug?

Good afternoon! We had a webinar for 3 days in a row. I downloaded the conference recordings from the cloud. On the first and third day, the recording quality was poor, but on the second day, the recording quality was good. I need the recording quality to always be good. How can this be done?"

I have two users that are delegates for different people. They are able to schedule meetings/Zoom meetings in Outlook for their delegators. I have confirmed the meeting is showing up on the delegators' web portals as being the host. When the time comes for the meeting, the Zoom presence status for the delegate will switch from available to in a meeting, even though nothing is on her calendar. The only calendar that is showing any appointment is the delegator. As of right now, Zoom support has been unable to duplicate the issue and can't assist with resolving the issue. Has anyone experienced anything like this?

Hi! The "raise your hand" button is missing for me...When I click on the participants button, I should be able to raise my hand by a button on the bottom of the list of the participations but there is no such button, only to unmute me and to invite someone to the session. Does anyone know where this button is in my case? Kind regards!

Occasionally, I can't control the camera; the camera button is grayed out when I join a Teams meeting via my Poly G7500 device (set to Zoom Room provider mode). I've tried restarting all the Poly G7500, Poly TC8, and Trio8800 devices, but this didn't fix the problem. After a few hours, when I rejoin the Teams meeting, I can control the camera again, and the camera control button is no longer grayed out.   Poly G7500  Software Version: 4.6.1-444242 Trio 8800 :  7.2.8.0031Polycom IP Table Microphone : 3.0.0.1133Poly TC8 : 6.6.1-7001859Zoom Rooms : 

First of all why do i have to create a new username for this if I am a Zoom account holder? doesnt make any sense, but i digress..  Does anyone know how to save a contact in a Zoom Room account for future zoom rooms set up? This would make it easier and more efficient when starting a zoom room, never mind avoiding future mistakes when typing in the email address. I have tried it myself in a Zoom Room as well as scoured support for something -anything- but it looks like all saved have to be on our account.  Anyone have any luck in saving contacts (email addresses) to be used for future Zoom Rooms?  Thank you in advance!KTag
