Thank you for joining the community! Just to clarify, if by “user profiles” you mean adding and managing other users under your Zoom account, you won’t find that option under Meeting → Basic.

You’ll need to do this from the Zoom web portal, and you’ll also need to be signed in as the account owner or an admin with the appropriate permissions.

Here’s where to find it:

1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal from your browser.
2. Go to User Management → Users.
3. Click Add Users (or Invite, depending on what you see).
4. Enter the user’s email address and select the appropriate user type/role.

If you don't see User Management in the menu at all, it's usually because either:

• You're signed in as a regular/limited user rather than the account owner or an admin, or
• You're logged into a different Zoom account than the one with the Pro subscription.

So, if you have the Pro plan but still can't find User Management, I'd first double-check which Zoom account you're currently signed into. Hopefully that helps!
