Unsolicited emails and calendar scheduling

I am repeatedly receiving unsolicited emails inviting me to join meetings and automatically entering the meetings on my Outlook calendar.  These are from persons or companies I haven't heard of, or are from zoom for their training meetings.  I haven't been able to find any way to stop this.  I am so tired of regularly having to remove these meeting from my calendar and there is no option to unsubscribe from the zoom emails.  Please help.  Thank you.

Hello @Mitch84,

Welcome to the Zoom Community! We're glad to have you here.

To improve your email experience, all webinar-related emails will now include an unsubscribe link at the bottom. With a single click, recipients can easily opt out of all webinar communications associated with their Zoom account.

If you change your mind, you can quickly resubscribe directly from the confirmation page—making the process simple and seamless.

To help us maintain a trusted and secure email environment, please continue reporting suspicious or spam messages using this link: https://zoom.us/trust-form.

Our engineering team is actively working on more effective ways to detect and eliminate spam emails.

Thank you for being a part of our community as we work to improve your Zoom experience.

I just received 2 more emails this morning.  There is no way to unsubscribe and both were added to my Outlook calendar automatically.  Also, everything zoom sends, even the response you sent to me, comes twice.  This is so maddening!  If I just cancel and never use zoom again, will this stop the emails and automatic additions of meetings to my calendar?  This would be inconvenient with some of my board meetings, but would be worth it if it is the only solution.
