Zoom spam registrations - how to stop/mass delete

Hi, we’ve just received over 800 spam registrations to our webinar. Zoom support says we have to delete them one at a time. Is there a way to mass delete and a way to stop this aside from switching to manual approval? Since we had over 400 registered, switching to manual will require a lot more work to individually approve so keen to avoid. Many thanks,James

In recent days our webinars have gotten over 40,000 “spam” registrations. Registrants have been emailing us asking us to stop spamming them. I worry it’s impacting our reputation as an organization. Cornell University is experiencing similar problems…

We opened a ticket with Zoom support and this was their response…

“Our engineering teams are actively looking into this matter. While we do not currently have an immediate workaround available within the portal, please rest assured that a platform-level fix is scheduled to be deployed in the October 2026 release to help prevent this type of activity. “

We don’t currently have any viable work around given the number of invalid registrations.
