Advise regarding the proposed new Zoom subscription and payment options in October 2026

I have had a Pro subscription to Zoom, from 2020, which I have used to chat with friends around the world as well as the following of yearly Shiatsu seminars, three to five times a year.

With the new choices and payments, I am looking for advice as to which would suit me, considering my usage. I would like to continue to plan Zoom sessions which could last up to 4 hours, should this be needed, without having to change to another subscription.

As Zoom is not so easily available by email and I live in Nederland can anybody advise me?
