Recently, Zoom’s Note-taking has popped up on my Mac each time I use Siri to place a call on my iPhone – see the attached screenshot.I’ve not found a setting to block this pop-up.-- Ward 

Is there a Report that would provide Meeting Attendees, with Attendee User Full Registered Name, Contact details (E-mail and or Phone)? I noticed that our Report options for meetings located under:ADMIN > Account Management > Reports > Meetings > Only offers the following options: Registration, Poll  and Survey. We were advised to use the following report as a solution; ADMIN > Dashboard > Meetings (Tab at the top of Page) > Past Meetings (Tab) > Enter Meeting ID  > Search Is there a cleaner straight forward report available that provides the following in one combined report:Attendee Full Name ( instead of user nick name, short name or such)Time In Meeting with the Waiting Room Status /  Join / Start /Leave /  End Meeting Status combined in one instance instead of Multiple instances in the report.Poll Results included with the Attendee Report

@608130 , it’s crucial to implement this feature promptly. I host daily meetings with 500 participants in large auditoriums, and the inability to adjust the font size of participants names is a major hindrance. As a result, we’re seriously considering switching to other platforms solely because of this limitation.

Hello,I think I said it all in the subject line but here goes in order:I enter my Zoom meeting. I am a host.I start screen sharing by choosing the PowerPoint applicationThen I start my PowerPoint presentationThen the window in which I usually see the participants, ie their camera, disappears under the PPT presentation. Normally, it should remain above the other windows.Has someone already had this problem? Could someone help me with this?Thanks, PS: I am using the very last version of Zoom, always up to date and, I am using OSX Monterry.

The "Set default meeting summary language" setting under Zoom AI (Settings > Zoom AI > Meeting) does not include Hebrew as an option, even though Hebrew IS supported for Automated Captions in the same account settings page. This causes AI-generated meeting summaries and My Notes transcripts of Hebrew-language meetings to come out as garbled, phonetically-mismatched English/other-language text instead of an accurate Hebrew transcript, even when live Hebrew captions during the meeting displayed correctly. Please add Hebrew support to the meeting summary/transcript AI language setting.

A new problem has come up just in the last couple of days that I have had no problems with previously. While using Zoom to tutor, I use both my MacBook and iPad. The iPad is for writing on the Zoom whiteboard. For some reason, when I write on the whiteboard on my iPad, I can see what I am writing until I lift my Apple Pencil at which point what I wrote disappears on my iPad but is visible on my MacBook and for everyone else in the meeting (including my student). As you can imagine, it is quite difficult to write on the whiteboard with my iPad when I cannot see what I have already written. Has anyone experienced this? How can I fix this? I have tried deleting and reinstalling the Zoom app on my iPad, following and unfollowing the creator of the whiteboard, and creating the whiteboard on both my MacBook and on my iPad. None of these have helped.

We have been using Zoom Meetings for a while and we recently upgraded our audio to include the Audio Conferencing Plan. After looking at the US based numbers we realized we didn't see any US Toll Free Numbers. There are 5 US Toll numbers to choose from, but no Toll Free numbers. There are Toll Free Numbers for Lebanon and the United Kingdom, but not the US. Does anyone one know if it is offered for the US?

Does anyone else struggle with Zoom Meetings with No Fixed Time changing to fixed times whenever a meeting link is used in an Outlook appointment? We don't want to give up the Outlook integration completely, because our organization benefits from that integration a lot as well. However, I'm struggling to understand why it wouldn't be possible to have a Zoom Meeting with No Fixed Time stay that way. I'll try to describe our particular use case for clarification of the issue:We use separate recurring meetings with No Fixed Time for each course at our university. This allows faculty and students to just jump in and out of one link for each of their courses. This worked great previously, but got more complicated last year around this time when we discovered the first time that No Fixed Time meeting was manually added to the body of an Outlook appointment it would change the name of the Zoom Meeting to match the name of that Outlook meeting, and it would set it to a fixed time. I only use Zoom for a yoga class. Recently bought a new iPad and now when I log in my picture only shows head and shoulders no matter how far away I sit. My yoga teacher needs to see all of me. I’m sure it’s something simple but am not techy and am 74 years old. Any help would be much appreciated.

I’m encountering an issue with Zoom  and my Plantronics Bluetooth headset for audio and microphone use. The headset works perfectly with other applications like Google Meet, You Tube, etc so I believe the device itself is functioning properly.Here’s what I’ve tried so far:Reviewed and followed all relevant Zoom support articlesChecked audio settings within Zoom and selected the correct input/output deviceVerified that the headset is connected and set as the default in the system audio settingsUninstalled, Installed, Restarted Zoom and my computerI show the green bars when conducting the testing but I cannot hear the sound or recordingSystem: Window 11PC: Lenovo ThinkpadDespite this, Zoom does not play or capture audio through the headset.Do you have any additional troubleshooting steps or suggestions? I run a registered charity globally and I have a zoom licence, however we are growing and having drop ins around the country, could I have more than one user (i.e I have 5 or so employees) could I get them to schedule zoom meeting throughout the week in other locations at different times?  For example Ben in London might benefit from a Zoom drop in on a Thursday evening…..

We have two meetings rooms with Zoom Rooms licenses and Logitech Rally Bar & Tap IP. Both rooms are the exact same hardware, firmware, OS.The issue:When joining a Teams meeting, via the calendar invite or ad-hoc meeting the MS Teams app launches.  One room joins automatically however the second room does not.It  requires to click on “Join now”.Why would one room join automatically while the second rooms doesn’t.Zoom Rooms settings are set the same for both rooms (from what I compared). Same Teams meeting. Thanks 

My cursor keeps disappearing while using Zoom - I heard it might be due to a Microsoft update, but how do I fix it? It's a pain in the neck to not be able to use my mouse! I can't figure out what version of Zoom I have. I have an Asus laptop with high specs. When I go to "update management" where it's supposed to tell me if there are updates to be done, it says "no data".

We closed our account with Zoom last November (2025) and the domains were not released. Now I need to release the domains in a closed account but that has to be done with support on the line. I can’t contact support because the account is closed. The chat bot can’t help, and tells me to contact support. When I call support I’m told there is no phone support on the account. I’m in a vicious circle here.  How does one contact support without an active account? 

Hello, I need help understanding why our meeting couldn’t be summarized due to an insufficient transcript. We've used this feature many times before, but this time it didn’t work, and I’m not sure why. Does anyone know how to contact Zoom support?
