zoom icon does not lead to audio file

help please

i did an interview on zoom and recorded,,, fine… when i ended the meeting, zoom did not convert because i did not have enough disc space on my computer,,, i made space,,,, i right cliked like it says, the icon

burst like it received the message but i did not see the file converting,,,, a couple more times i right cliked,,, so now the date of the recording shows up in my recordings,,, i clik open,,, two zoom icons - that say double clik,, i double clik, the icon bursts then nothing,, it does not lead to the actual mp3 or mp4 icon,,, when i test with a recording a month ago,, it all works,,, i find that icon, its there,,, but nor for today,,, i have not seen the 

file converting with its progress bar,,, comments please,,,, thanks
