Exporting Custom Questions for Registrats

Like others, I've created custom registration questions, but the responses do not appear when I generate a registration report. I've reviewed several help articles and community discussions but haven't found a solution.

Has anyone been able to successfully include custom registration question responses in their reports? If so, could you share the steps or any settings I may be missing?
