Hi there, When I create a recurring I set the meeting ID to my personal ID, then I set the reoccurring settings and the meet ID defaults to a random ID that I don't want to use and my group isn't familiar with. I tried this multiple times. This used to work so I assume it is bug?

Good afternoon! We had a webinar for 3 days in a row. I downloaded the conference recordings from the cloud. On the first and third day, the recording quality was poor, but on the second day, the recording quality was good. I need the recording quality to always be good. How can this be done?"
I have two users that are delegates for different people. They are able to schedule meetings/Zoom meetings in Outlook for their delegators. I have confirmed the meeting is showing up on the delegators' web portals as being the host. When the time comes for the meeting, the Zoom presence status for the delegate will switch from available to in a meeting, even though nothing is on her calendar. The only calendar that is showing any appointment is the delegator. As of right now, Zoom support has been unable to duplicate the issue and can't assist with resolving the issue. Has anyone experienced anything like this?
I have an new computer and need to know how to put the zoom icon on my taskbar to start a meeting.
Occasionally, I can't control the camera; the camera button is grayed out when I join a Teams meeting via my Poly G7500 device (set to Zoom Room provider mode). I've tried restarting all the Poly G7500, Poly TC8, and Trio8800 devices, but this didn't fix the problem. After a few hours, when I rejoin the Teams meeting, I can control the camera again, and the camera control button is no longer grayed out. First of all why do i have to create a new username for this if I am a Zoom account holder? doesnt make any sense, but i digress.. Does anyone know how to save a contact in a Zoom Room account for future zoom rooms set up? This would make it easier and more efficient when starting a zoom room, never mind avoiding future mistakes when typing in the email address. I have tried it myself in a Zoom Room as well as scoured support for something -anything- but it looks like all saved have to be on our account. Anyone have any luck in saving contacts (email addresses) to be used for future Zoom Rooms? Thank you in advance!KTag
Hello, I am trying to help my mother from afar. Unlike it used to be, in recent attempts to join a Zoom meeting, she is asked to login into her Microsoft account. My mother does not even know if she has one and does not know its login details. How can she continue using your product? Maybe somehow unlink the application from Microsoft? I'm not sure and would really be happy to be assisted with that. Thanks in advance!
In the last 10 days my integrated laptop camera has started flickering in Zoom meetings. It does not flicker in other applications. I have tried multiple suggestions from prior posts about flickering: reinstalling the latest version of Zoom 6.4.10, unchecking Optimize outgoing video quality with de-noise and changing video rendering settings all to no avail. Based on when it started considering it might be related to a Zoom update release. Is it possible to install a prior version to check if it resolves?
People cannot see me during video meeting even if my camera is turned on. Can someone help me solve this issue?
This is INSANELY confusing as a webinar attendee. There is now an icon for SETTINGS on the attendee tool bar and it looks like the options one would have as a Meeting participant. As a host I do not see any way to turn these off. I hope to hades this is a bug that can be fixed because my attendees are going to be SO confused. As a webinar attendee they don't need to see these as options, even if it isn't really an option - for example, they cannot turn on their video yet they get a video preview as a webinar attendee as if it were an option. Is there a new setting as a webinar host that I am missing to turn off these options from attendees even seeing them?
All my meetings have the same title in Zoom. I am unable to edit the meeting titles. Therefore unable to find a specific meeting without searching forever. The suggested solution of editing the title on the Meeting Summary page does not work. HELP!!

I can't find anywhere how to turn off email notifications on my desktop through zoom, and Zoom seems to have the worst support. Can anyone help with this? ThanksGarth
Hi All - Despite having used this headset for 2 years, I am suddenly facing issues whenever I try to use my headphones (Sony WH-1004XM) with zoom. When I try to talk, I hear a 3 note chime and then I can't hear anyone else on the call, although they can hear me. The speaker also makes a noise like it's been changed, although when I check the settings, it has not. I have tried many steps to fix this including musician mode, disable exclusive sounds in windows, and manipulating all the available sound settings in Zoom. Has anyone run into this issue?
Asking assistance, I am using Huawei Matepad 12X 2026 and I installed the Zoom from Zoom website and Gbox / App Gallery. The issue is when I initiate a meeting or join a meeting, it always say "Allow the app Zoom to access the USB device", A tick box says "Use by default for this USB device.". Actions are Cancel and OK only.It always popup 5-10 sec. I dont have any device connected. I reached out to HUAWEI for support and was advice to report it Zoom as they are investigating it on their end too. Unfortunately the zoom chatbot wont allow me to contact agent, but encouraging me to use the online resources, yet it mentioned that information is not available anywhere else. So really what to do?
Up until a few months ago my external speakers worked fine on Zoom meetings. Now only my laptop speakers work with Zoom. At first I thought it was an issue with the connection with my particular speakers so I checked with other speakers and have the same issue. Both sets of speakers enter on non-Zoom activities so it appears this is a software issue with Zoom.
Dell laptopDebian 12.9 amd64Zoom Workplace 6.3.6SSO sign-in (Okta) Every time I quit the app and restart it, I am met with a Zoom login prompt and my Settings are reset to default, even though I check the box on the login screen to keep me signed in. As for settings, all are reset to default each time I launch the app and log in. For example, I can set the following:General : Ask me to confirm when I leave a meeting: noVideo : Original ratio: yes, HD: yes, Mirror my video: no, Turn off my video when joining meeting: yesAudio : Automatically join audio by computer when joining a meeting: yesTeam Chat : Show my status as Away when I am inactive for __ minutes: no I close the settings window and these preferences are preserved for days and through multiple meetings, as long as I leave Zoom running. I can even sign out and back in, and settings are preserved as long as I didn't quit the app. But if I close Zoom and reopen the app, I have to sign in again and all of these set
I am unable to share my screen when I join from my browser. This is the first time I've ever had this issues and my co workers are experienceing the same issue. When panelists join from the app, they are able to. Was there a Zoom update that limits the ability to share screens from the browser?
Since yesterday I noticed that none of my questions in the Q&A were answered but seeing other participants questions being answered. I attended three meetings this morning and none of my questions were seen by the other participants. How do I fix this?
Whenever you share your screen and open anything, if you drag it to the bottom of the screen, it ends up covering the taskbar. This is SO ANNOYING.My computer is configured so that nothing ever covers the taskbar, and it works perfectly. But as soon as I share my screen, Zoom overrides this setting and allows windows to cover the taskbar anyway. Also, six years in, and we still have those black bars all over the screen whenever we share our screen. This bug has been known for way, way too long.Hello Zoom? Anybody home? Edit : I'm on Windows 11.
I recently updated Zoom on my Mac, but now it says my computer is too old for the newest version. I’m running macOS Monterey version 12.7.6.Could someone please provide a download link or guidance for an older Zoom installer that is compatible with my system?Thank you!
The Zoom Timer app no longer works for me as of yesterday. I have never had trouble with it before. I have uninstalled and reinstalled both the Zoom app and the Timer app within Zoom, and restarted my computer. The problem remains. When I open the app, the Timer logo flashes briefly and then I get a black screen instead of the timer. I am running macOS Catalina 10.15.7 and Zoom version 6.2.10
Is there a way to download or save the AI summary to a word processing application? I only have the option to share, edit (on screen in Zoom) or delete the summary. I have the Zoom Pro license.
I see how an AI summary can be pulled up in documents and then exported to a PDF. Is there a way for this to happen automatically?
