Hi, My name is Soumitra Dutta, an Oxford-based entrepreneur & photographer. I’m trying to figure out how to reserve a desk or room using Zoom Workspace Reservation. Has anyone done this before? Could you share the steps you follow or any tips to make it easier?

Hello @soumitradutta26,

To reserve a desk or room using Zoom Workspace Reservation:

Sign in to the Zoom web portal or desktop app.
Go to the Workspaces tab and click the Reserve button.
Choose Reserve a desk or Reserve a room.
Select the date, time, building, and floor if needed.
Review the recommended desk or room, then click Reserve to confirm.

This will secure your workspace for the selected time.
