Feedback on Zoom Accelarator
Hello everyone,
I’m hoping to get some feedback from people who are actively using Zoom Revenue Accelerator in a real sales environment.
We are a real estate company and our sales team speaks with clients using Zoom video calls and Zoom phone. Most of our conversations are discovery calls with potential property buyers.
At the moment we use the standard Zoom AI summaries, but to be honest we haven’t been very impressed. The summaries are often too generic and don’t always capture the key points of the conversation.
Because our whole system already runs on Zoom, we would ideally like to stay within the Zoom ecosystem rather than moving to another platform.
So I’d really appreciate hearing from people who are actually using Zoom Revenue Accelerator:

Has it genuinely added value to your sales process?

Are the transcriptions and summaries better than the normal Zoom AI summaries?

Does it give useful feedback to the salesperson after the call?

Does it help identify what the salesperson did well or could improve?

Does it help ensure important topics are covered during the conversation?
What we’re ideally looking for is something that can act almost like a “sales coach riding along on the call” — helping the salesperson improve over time by analysing their conversations.
Any real-world experiences (positive or negative) would be very helpful before we consider upgrading.
