can't see recording management

As an admin, I don’t have the recording management menu item under the Account Mangement menu. I am trying to access a Zoom Room recording, but I can’t find it. Any help would be appreciated.

This issue is typically caused by missing specific "Recording Management" permissions within the Admin Role settings or the Cloud Recording feature being disabled at the account level. Verifying these settings in the User Management section usually restores the menu item.
