User account disappeared

One of my users accounts has completely disappeared. It was a licensed account (Our CEO unfortunately). I am working with Zoom support but am wondering if anyone else has seen something similar. 

 

Facts

Used a week ago and no trace of it since, no evidence of it being deleted and her license is now freed up. 

While investigating issue, she stated she also had 2 other accounts that have also disappeared.

She is not tech savvy but I trust that she did not go into account settings and delete 3 accounts.

    We just ran into a similar issue. We are only starting to explore what might have caused it. Were you ever able to get answers as to what happened or how to avoid it in the future?
