Zoom shows a bright border around my screen when using.  How do I turn off this border? 

I am a private tutor.  My students just come to my personal meeting room.  For the last six years, every time I’ve opened my room I click “host tools” and then “allow screen share.”  Seemed weird I couldn’t just do that by default, but it was fast.Today, after the update, I open the meeting room and have to go to “host tools” then go off to the side and click “advanced” (not “participants” which would be logical) then “share” then choose “all participants” from the dropdown menu, then close the sidebar that opened.That is wayyyyy too many clicks for something that I have to do every. single. time.Is there no option to just always allow participants to screen share?Why update an app in 2026 to make it remind me of a Blackberry phone from 2005?

For users who aren’t quite zoom-savvy who host large scale zoom meetings, trying to get their attention to suppress the sound effects of people joining/leaving the room fails. I feel a good feature would be that if the meeting exceeds a predefined number of attendees (ie, 20, 100, 200?) could the notifications automatically shut off? Or if the number of attendees invited exceeds a certain level?

With all Zoom’s brainpower, wouldn’t it be simple to create a hotkey(s) to hide the controls at bottom of screen until they are needed? Currently this is not possible, and every time a meeting participant sends a chat, the controls pop up on every participant’s screen, host included. This is a real problem when the host or cohost has to use a third party recording program like Litecam, Windows Game Bar, etc. to record a meeting due to another HUGE problem that Zoom has - the weird defect that no matter how the host has set their recording parameters within Zoom, Zoom complies with the highest resolution that a participant is using to share a screen! The normal 1920x1080 settings on a host computer, for example, get totally ignored in the Zoom recording when a participant has, for example, a weird 5000x1200 monitor he is using to share a screen, for example. The recording ends up being a narrow slit of letterbox video with shared screens being totally messed up! Fix This! 

Hello, I'm writing a JSON file for room controls and can't seem to find any documentation around sending commands via USB-to-Serial adapter. I did, however, see that this capability was added in a past update so it should be possible.I know that my USB adapter is using COM3 but was not 100% on how to reference it in the JSON file. Has anyone else had this experience that all actions are very slow? When I move a mouse to the edge of the Window, it takes 2-3 seconds to activate resizing. When I hover over any button, it's the same. After clicking on "Unmute" button, it takes 1-4 seconds to unmute.

Hola, tengo un problema con las grabaciones de zoom por correo. Al momento que configuro mi grabación de zoom, lo pongo a petición para que mis clientes antes de ver la clase grabada se registren primero para luego aprobarlas manualmente. Pero el problema está cuando les apruebo... les llega un correo con el link de la clase y es ahí que ese link mis clientes lo pueden compartir con otras personas quienes los pueden ver sin ningún registro y eso es lo que quiero evitar.¿Como hago para que ese link vuelva a solicitar solo el correo de la persona que está autorizada en ver la clase y así evitar que cualquier persona lo pueda ver? Saludos

Are there logs in the Zoom web portal where I can see if there were any outages where we may have lost connectivity briefly? We had some internet issues.and one area reported they had intermittent outages with Zoom Phone  even though we have local survivability. They also reported they were missing call recordings that appeared later.Thank you in advance.

Chat button won't work.  it shows but no response. Other tabs buttons work fine. Host has not disabled chat. I have tried uninstalling zoom. Re installed most recent zoom version, cleared cache, set font size to default. Tablet is android 12 zoom is most recent download. Thank you.

How do I chat on a zoom meeting when I don’t see the chat button . ?

Recently I noticed some Zoom features stop responding randomly on Android tablets while the rest of the app works normally. For example, the chat button sometimes becomes completely unresponsive even after reinstalling the app and clearing cache.Is anyone else experiencing similar issues on Android 12 or newer devices? Would love to know if there is a working fix or workaround.

Hi, everybody. Does anybody have the same problem as us. Zoom is not responding to our emails? We email support as well as our account manager, and it is just silence? We try again and another silence. We have been with Zoom for many years, and they're just going downhill.

 Hi Zoom Marketplace team and community,I'm preparing a Marketplace submission for our app and need clarification on the DAST documentation requirement, specifically around which environment the OWASP ZAP scan should be performed in.Our situation:Our app integrates with Zoom to join meetings for recording and transcription purposes. Since the app has not yet been approved by Zoom, the Zoom integration feature is currently only functional within our development Zoom account and has not been released to our production environment for general users. Hello,I'm having some troubles with Zoom. For Zoom meetings, we use two cameras on our laptop: one built-in and one Logitech. The inbuilt camera functions properly, but the second camera is quite fuzzy when switching. I tried it on Microsoft Teams, and it works well there. If you have any ideas, please let me know.

Hi everyone,My app is already published on the Zoom Marketplace. I’ve enabled EU availability and turned on discoverability, and I’ve completed all the required business information fields (Business Name, Business Phone Number, last 4 digits of the business bank account, Trade Register Number, etc.).The integration works correctly for most Zoom accounts. However, I’m facing an issue specifically with Irish Zoom accounts, where an error message appears during the integration process.Has anyone encountered this before or knows how to resolve it?
