App is not currently available to EU users

Hi everyone,

My app is already published on the Zoom Marketplace. I’ve enabled EU availability and turned on discoverability, and I’ve completed all the required business information fields (Business Name, Business Phone Number, last 4 digits of the business bank account, Trade Register Number, etc.).

The integration works correctly for most Zoom accounts. However, I’m facing an issue specifically with Irish Zoom accounts, where an error message appears during the integration process.

Has anyone encountered this before or knows how to resolve it?

    Hi @Olive Development,

Thank you for joining Zoom Community, glad to have you here!

From your screenshot you provided the error message “You cannot add MyKademy — This app is not currently available to EU users.”

This means Zoom is treating the Irish account as an EU user and your app is not enabled/approved for EU distribution in Marketplace (or the EU availability setting hasn’t fully taken effect for the published listing).

Here is what you can check Zoom Marketplace (developer side)

    1. Confirm EU availability is enabled on the published version

    • In the Marketplace developer portal, open your app and verify the EU availability/distribution setting is enabled for the live/published build (not just a draft).

    2. Confirm the EU business information is saved and validated

    • Even if the fields are filled in, if any required EU business info is incomplete/invalid/unverified, Zoom may still block EU installs and show exactly this message.

    3. Republish if you recently changed EU availability

    • If you enabled EU availability after the app was already published, you may need to submit/publish an updated version for the change to apply to end users.

What to check on the Irish customer account (admin side)

    4. Make sure they’re installing from the correct Marketplace listing

    • If they’re using an old/private link or a different listing (e.g., a dev/staging version), it may not have EU availability enabled.

I hope this helps. Please feel free to reach out anytime.
