You’ve seen @ShawnFerrell’s awesome instructions on how to build AI Receptionist (concierge) for Zoom Phone…..

Great video, Chris…! Regarding your comment about not providing full guidance: this is possible. You need to click on the “settings” icon of the Virtual Agent, and click “learn more.” Then, on the next dialog box, agree to the “risk acknowledgement” (pics below). This will open up the guidance section and other options like a typical ZVA build. In any case, Zoom built a fantastic wizard for an “Easy button” AI Receptionist, that any Zoom Phone customer will be able to get off the ground.
