HELP - Just installed a zoom room - Can a meeting be scheduled from the zoom room?

Hello, 

We just installed a zoom room.  The controller is a NeatPad.  How can I schedule a meeting from the zoom room itself?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello!

You cannot schedule a meeting directly from a room controller.  If the Zoom Room has a calendar integrated, you can invite the room and schedule via email.  https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/204848595-Scheduling-Zoom-Room-meetings-with-Outlook

If you have a scheduling display setup for the zoom room, you can use that as well. This is another display, usually on the outside of the room, that can be used to reserve the room.  https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/115003336806-Using-Zoom-Rooms-scheduling-display
