Zoom Delivery Management Group Pickup

Greetings, we are looking to incorporate Delivery Management into our environment and find its very easy and straight forward to use. The one use case we cannot find any documentation on is when receiving a package destined for a department (group) rather than an individual user such as marketing or accounts receivable.  I was hoping to be able to use "user groups" under user management or be able to prepopulate a list of group email addresses, but they do not show up in the recipient field when adding a scanned delivery. Curious on current best practices to accomplish this.

While this is not currently possible, please be sure to submit this formally as a Feature Request to your Zoom team so that it has a chance of getting on the Delivery Management team's road map. Zoom's Delivery Management product is a great idea, but lacks a ton of features for real-world applications that competitor products have had for years and our feedback needs to be loud to get anything done about it!
