Participants not seeing PowerPoint slides advance in Whiteboard

Hi,

I inserted a PowerPoint slide deck into Whiteboard so participants could see a presentation while also viewing our meeting notes. I'm able to advance the slides on my end, but the meeting participants don't see the slides advancing (it's stuck on the first slide). Participants can manually advance the slides, but as the presenter, I want to control that. Is there a way for the host to advance slides for all participants?

Hi @LBPC ,

After uploading the PowerPoint, you can click the Extract Pages button and check the box for “Automatically Create Frames.” Once the slides are extracted, go to the top-right corner, click More Tools, and select Presentation to access your PowerPoint slides.

To enter presentation mode, simply click Present, and your audience will be able to view your presentation.

Let me know if you need further assistance!
