As of 4/15, the release notes said that

"Hosts can access detailed analytics reports for Video On Demand (VOD) channels. For authenticated viewers where an email address is collected, the report will show unique viewers by month and attach associated content views and engagement. For anonymous sessions where no email address is collected, the report will show viewer sessions by day along with associated content and engagement. These analytics provide increased visibility into both identifiable and anonymous Video On Demand viewers to help hosts understand overall platform usage and engagement." 

The analytics tab of my Video Channel does not show the custom registration questions or anything related to Month/time period. Is this happening for anyone else?

I am hoping that someone can help me. 

I need to change the registration questions for webinars - I have chosen the additional questions I want and then  saved all.  I then tested it but the new questions were not there.  When I went back to the admin section the new questions I had ticked were no longer ticked.  It's as if I cant get them to save.

Has anyone else experienced this and if so did you manage to fix?

I was wondering if anyone has had to create email reminders that are unique for each session of a multi-day event?  the email reminders are setup for the whole event, but I want to customize the email reminders for specific sessions so that the email reminder is relevant to that specific event.

We need some urgent help regarding a cloud recording the output layout is not as required.

There is a class which is a zoom webinar where the teacher is the host and is the presenter as well. After following the settings specified under Cloud recording layouts and Video layout being Active speaker, the teacher video is embedded in the shared screen space only in the recording and not displayed outside the shared screen portion on the top-right corner. 

Kindly requesting someone to throw some light regarding the same. 

Attached the existing settings that we have and also the existing out and how we want the output to be.

I would like to hear from the community regarding the notifications that are sent by email from Zoom to the hosts of webinars. 

When an attendee registers to attend a webinar, the host receives an email notification of that registration. 

When a registered attendee cancels that registration, the host does not receive any kind of notification. 

Question #1: does anyone have the same experience? 

Question #": does anyone know how to enable this specific notification?

I want to create a Zoom webinar with required registration but I want to be able to also have the direct to join Zoom link (without registration) for certain people to bypass the registration page. I also want to be able to have that Zoom link, without registration, for people who registered but lost the link they received after they registered.

We require certain fields when registering for our webinars (e.g., country, state, school, title). But when we disseminate a non-anonymous, post-webinar satisfactory survey, the survey results don't provide those fields along with the person's name and email. Is there a way to fix this?

In the instructions for launching a poll here, it states that when you launch a poll in the Zoom webinar, you can click the ellipsis icon in order to optionally allow panelists to vote in polls.

In a recent Zoom update, this option has seemed to have disappeared. I can't find the option to allow panelists to vote in polls in Zoom webinars anymore. Does this option still exist, and if so, where can I find it?
