Active Time on a webinar

Hi, I'm curious if there's a way that I can view how engaged our webinar participants were. Specifically, not just time logged onto a meeting, but the total time that the webinar was the active window on a participants computer.

Hello,

One of our departments recently purchased the Webinar add-on. Prior to purchasing the add-on they had several meetings already set up and meeting links on attendees' calendars. Now that the webinar add-on is in place, do they have to recreate those meeting links as webinars, or will the current links work properly?

Hi All,

I'm just trialing zoom events - using summit function for what is actually a 3 day event but setting up as 3 summit days as the multiple day function not yet available.

Having only used zoom meetings before. I now understand I can record the event sessions to the cloud and that will give me access to them without being able to do anything in event, but I can still download the recording via accessing my pro zoom account?

Question #1 is....is the record like meetings? i.e when I record in meeting I can download multiple record types...one with all participants on view, one with just slides and speaker and other with just slides for example. I would like this function in events recording but I can only see it says it will record host, speaker and attendees...but will there be variations of the recording with just speaker and slides in my zoom account?

Question #2 is I'd like to hide number of participants as we have ticket sales for live or on-demand attendance and no most attendees will watch on-demand. So don't want the recording to show whether there was 50 people on or 500...is this possible?

Question #3 if I can't record just slides and speaker in events / summit - has anyone hosted a whole day of varying speakers in one accessed webinar?  Is that even possible?

Sorry - very new to this and been thrown in the deep end with coordinating with tight turnaround.

Hello,

I have a question about practice sessions for Zoom Webinars. We are using this platform for an online conference over two days. We wanted to have two separate practice sessions for each of the days as we have different speakers for each day. I wondered whether this was possible to do as they are separate 'occurrences' of the same Webinar template. I have seen that the guidelines say you can only have one practice session per Webinar, and that is where I would like some clarity.

Short question - Do we have to practice for a Webinar occurring over two-days in one practice session only or can you have individual practice sessions for each day?

Many Thanks,

ECasson

This is about, Zoom API - Webimars - > List webinar participants. (https://marketplace.zoom.us/docs/api-reference/zoom-api/webinars/listwebinarparticipants).  I would like to know when was this particular API added in the API section.  We use the API to generate post webinar reports and this API was not available couple of months ago  (or even few days ago), the List of participants was only available under Zoom API - Dashboards  - Get webinar participants for a Business, Education, or API Plan with Webinar add-on. I will be much oblige, If you can  provide us with the exact date on which "List webinar participants was added under "Zoom API - Webinars (to Pro users).

Both in Zoom Meetings and in Zoom Webinars is there any way for the host to display a nonverbal icon on the screen of a panellist who is talking either to inform them that their alloted speaking time has passed?

Of course ideally it would be a recognisable symbol like a 🔔 (bell) or a 🕛 (clock) but if that's not possible it could just be one of the standard Zoom nonverbal symbols that participants can use (we can tell with the panellists / participants that when a specific symbol appears on their screen that's what it means).

I realise we could warn them via a private chat message but they may be more likely to notice an icon appearing on their screen than be actively monitoring chat whilst they talk.

The goal of this would be to remind someone that they should stop talking without actually cutting them off or talking over them.

Thanks

Hi all,

Since about 2 weeks ago, I seem to be having this issue on one of my Zoom accounts where the Display Name of Zoom is not showing up on the eMails sent through Zoom to Panelists for Webinars.

Tried support but they were also confused and said will get the tech team to contact me but no response yet.

See the images to understand more.. On one the display name is showed as just Zoom while on the other its showing what was entered in the "Reply To" field on the Zoom Webinar Email settings although the setting is identical on both accounts one is picking up the Display name while the other isnt.

Any help in this would be appreciated.

TIA

-Ahamed
