Can't figure this one out. I run Zoom webinars which add graphics to and livestream. We also run slides in a separate window when necessary. Generally we get together with the participants a few days ahead of time to check lighting and framing. So our gallery view looks great, but in the last few webinars Zoom has started changing the shot size to be a wider shot any time the auto switcher moves to them in speaker view. It messes up the framing completely. We can frame for the gallery view or the speaker view. Not both. Any idea how to fix the shot to a specific size?

I hope someone can help. We run regular tournament events with 200+ participants. When we record to the cloud the Gallery view only seems to show the active gallery of 24 users from the hosts perspective. However, our events are live tournaments where we need to do a post-review of all participant's video feeds.

My question is, Is there a way to have Zoom record all video feeds regardless of what the host is viewing?

When I schedule a meeting or webinar, people tell me that it is complicated or impossible to register or get in.

I was doing webinars with up to 160 people registered and suddenly, none.

I tried moving parameters but was impossible.

Furthermore, I decided to move the presentation to a meeting and again a similar thing happened.

What can I do?

I am paying yearly for both meetings and webinars, and it's been months since I can't use them and/or find a solution to be able to use it.

What can I do?

Regards.

Hello,

Since the webinar attendees has been changed from 100 to 500 attendees, I am planning on using Zoom as my live stream tool when we begin in-person webinars sometime in the future. Can that be done or do I have to use Facebook Live or YouTube to accomplish this? I would prefer to use Zoom and set up live streaming this way. Does anyone have any recommendations for a camera, PC, and software required? What inputs are required to do this -- HDMI or what?

Thank you for your input.
