Hi!!! I have created a webinar for 500 people and the client asks me to send the link to people who do not have a Zoom account to enter anyway. I have deactivated the authentication profile options and when doing the test to log in without having a Zoom account, a form appears asking me to enter an email and a name. The client tells me that he wants people to enter if nothing comes out, to press the link and enter directly, he tells me that with his account he does it more times like this but with my account he does not allow it or it is not possible or he does it What the client says is not correct.

Summarizing. I have a pro account and this month I paid for the option to create webinars for 500 people.

I need you to confirm whether or not it is possible for a person who does not have a Zoom account to join the webinar without having an account and to enter directly without leaving a form to enter their name and email.

I see that the Join Link can be sent to pardot when there's a new registrant.  From this... I have to Parse out the meeting id from the URL for several Pardot / SFDC automations. 

However - subsequent interactions don't seem to send the join link (Attended / No Shows) - This makes sense as the join link is no longer relevant. but I have no way to tie them to campaigns

I can get around this by creating new lists in pardot for every webinar, but this isn't necessary and is labor intensive to manage for all of our webinars.

Ideally... with EVERY interaction between Zoom and Pardot, it would be great is another field was included with a clean (numbers only) meeting id.

I am hosting my 1st online webinar. I googled for directions on how to create webinar where people must register. I am unable to find the word webinar to click on on my home page or account. I need to create this asap. Could someone please help me? Thank you so much for any help!

Hi, I would like to have a closed session with the panelist in the webinar; the attendees should not hear any conversations in that closed session. Is there a way to do a breakout room, send attendees into the waiting room, or go back to the practice session once the webinar has started?

If I want to ramp up the professionalism of our webinar broadcasts, how can I seamlessly share Opening Slide and Opening Video at start of Webinar WITHOUT showing video controls or cursor? Any ideas for good software or any Zoom hacks to make multimedia sharing look more like a live mix and less like a fumble-fumble click-click high school presentation?

I have an export csv with all users of my webinar, but the row with mail is empty. Name start and leasing time everything is written at the csv.

Where can I find all the mails from the users how have joined the webinar? I thought inside the reports…. but there ist nothing….

Is there an option inside the settings?

At the beginning of the webinar, every user has to film out hits name und mail adress.

As we see View attendee report non-Recurring webinars, if we see the report, it has all the details about the attendees for a webinar. 

I would like to see the all the attendee report for each occurrence for Recurring webinar, how do I find the link or where do I get the report for occurrence level.

Hi we are a small charity based in the uk.

We run storytelling events into schools all over the world. At present we run these on Crowdcast but are looking at switching to Zoom. 

We charge schools £5gbp per school login via eventbrite and are looking for a way to automate the process but to an extent where the login is unique ie one user. per ticket bought.

I was wondering if anyone has ever managed to do this we have zapier set up and we have managed to work that between eventbrite and zoom meeting but if the login is shared then anyone who has the email can get to join. This is something we are trying to avoid if at all possible.

We are not insisting on using eventbrite and will consider any other option that indeed works but so far we are struggling
