I understand I can hide the participant count in a webinar, but how do I stop the attendees from seeing each other?
I have an upcoming webinar and I want to change the default option under “Country/Region” from United States to Canada.
Do you know how I could do this? I’ve gone through the settings/google and haven’t found anything…
Where did the rating scale option go when creating a webinar survey? It seems to have been replaced with a ranking scale. It is great to add an option, but why take one away? We use the same feedback survey on every webinar we run and most of the questions use the rating scale.

Just wanted to report this in case anyone else had suffered the same problem. I noticed that I didn't have the "swap video" option button under my view tab during a webinar. After some playing around we discovered that in full screen mode it goes away! You can resolve this by getting out of full screen mode for now. Also, make sure that you have "maintain current size" button selected when screen sharing (video settings/share screen/window size when sharing) or it will revert back to the loss of swapping video when you share a screen and it goes full automatically again. Just something zoom needs to resolve.

I haven't set up a webinar for a while and I don't know the difference between backstage & practice session which was the only option before
HI, does anyone know how to make Zoom use single use/individual links so that we don't have people sharing our registration email and joining our webinar for free? We send out Zoom links when they pay (in our system), but I think they are sending that Zoom link to friends who are then registering in Zoom.

Does my existing licence (Pro) include the ability to host webinars through Zoom Sessions?
Can a zoom webinar with a limit of 3000 attendees at a time host more than 10,000 unique attendees across its entire duration? Essentially I am running a training program in which i have 10,000 attendees broken up into batches and different time slots. A) Can I have a single link were i can call upto 3000 people at a time and then boot them out and have another batch come in on a same link? B) Can I now have this as a recurring link where attendees can join across multiple days?
There will never be more that 3000 attendees at a time - though im hoping people can come and go.

Are zoom webinars able to use another credit card processing system to charge for webinars other than PayPal?
How do I set up a Webinar, that we would be charging in a different system, so that each attendee gets a unique meeting id to log on so that they cannot forward the link to someone who has not paid?
