Last week during an webinar, our keynote presenter wanted to share his PowerPoint-presentation. But we encountered some problems. He could share his PowerPoint, but not in the full screen presentation-modus (see attached file).  While he could scroll further to the next slide on his laptop, we stay freezed at the first slide. The only way he could manage to let us view something was to select the next slide in the slide-menu on the left. How can we make sure this won't happen again. On the other hand, when I as a hist was sharing my presentation, other watchers said I had the same problem as well. Did I managed something wrong in the settings of this webinar? Very strange, since I am already familiar to use ZOOM for over two years now, and this was the very first time this was happening.

I'm trying to set up admin templates for webinars that my team runs regularly with our customers. Right now when we update a template, each team member has to update it manually. We'd love to use the admin templates feature. However, the description field has a really short character limit compared to user generated templates.

Is this a bug? Has anyone found a workaround? What's going on here?

I need to postpone my webinar but already have 160+ people registered.  I see that I can edit the date and that if I click notify attendees they will receive a generic email about the change. Can I customize this email or is it best to send them a separate email from me letting them know of the change but that the link will remain the same?

one of our speakers wants to use NDI functionality for their session within zoom events.  I have turned on NDI in our account settings under Zoom rooms but note it says to use it meetings and webinars must be started within zoom rooms.  Does this mean it's not currently something that would work within Zoom events?

I need to create a focus group with 3 participants and a moderator. I want to send a Zoom Meeting invite to them where they click the url and get in the meeting. I also need the backstage feature where clients can watch and listen to the meeting in progress but not be seen or heard by the participants. Do I need both a Webinar AND an Events license to accomplish this?

Some of the focus groups will be in Spanish. The translator will be in the backstage room with the Clients and translate into English what is happening in the live Zoom Meeting. I need to record what is happening in the backstage room separately from the Live Zoom Meeting. Is this possible? Thanks for the help

The passcode section for a webinar I had set up was automatically activated and the option to de-activate it has been disabled with is a message that I should be contacting the "admin" to do that. Since I am the admin for my account, I am totally clueless about how to remove this passcode option. I had to face super-embarrassment in presence of participants.

I am hosting a meeting which requires registration and one of my potential registrants cannot get to register - the message she gets is as follows:  This meeting is for authorized registrants only. Please register with another email address.

She tried a second and different email and it would not take that either.  I am receiving registrations from other invitees....

Any one else ever met this issue before and if so, were you able to solve it? If so how?  I appreciate your feedback....

I've done numerous webinars previously at was easily able to set the price and receive $ through PayPall.

Just set up a webinar w/ registration.  Still connected to PayPal for payment.

But I don't see how to set the price, so people must pay before registering.

Any Ideas?  Thanks!!
