Hi, 
We've been using Zoom for a few years now, but we want to add another required question field to our webinar registration. We can't seem to figure out how to accomplish this. We've found this (see below) but cannot seem to locate the Questions and/or Custom Questions tabs anywhere. Any help would be appreciated. I've attached a screenshot to demonstrate what and where I'm talking about. Thanks! 

Custom Questions tab

Note: When the host or webinar organizer edits or changes the registration fields under the Questions and Custom Questions tabs, registrants are required to re-register before attending the webinar.

  1. In the Registration window, click the Custom Questions tab to add questions to your registration page.
  2. Click New Question to add a question.
  3. Choose the type of question: Short answer, Single answer, or Multiple answers.
  4. Check whether the question is required.
  5. Enter the question.
  6. For single answer or multiple answer questions, enter the answer options.
  7. Click Create. Repeat the above steps to create more custom questions.
  8. Click Save All to save your customized registration.

audio is working on browser but not on desktop client

hi i need help, my zoom audio is working on browser but when i download the client and use the client, when i join the meeting using computer audio it does not work. When i click on testing, i can see the bar moving but no sound comes out.

I have integrated zoom "Add a webinar registrant" api. It is capturing user data properly but it is not triggering auto confirmation email. Webinar auto confirmation email is setting is true. Please help me in this ASAP.

We held a webinar and I would like to download all the chats, but can't seem to find a way to do so.

Is there a way to download all chats from a webinar?

Paid For On Demand Events

I'm wondering if anyone can help here?

 

I have the pro licence and webinar add on which seems to be enough for our needs. We run paid for webinars via Eventbrite but get asked a lot about recorded on demand sessions.

 

How would we go about making an on demand webinar / meeting for an individual user and make it paid for?

 

Also if an event is paid for an on demand, how long do they get access to the content for and is there anyway to prevent the login for that session being shared on an ongoing basis?

We are looking to use the screen share feature (button on the Zoom app home screen) in a webinar with a the backstage enabled and apparently this does not work.

 

We tested using the screen share feature to join a webinar with just sharing a screen (this is a hybrid event where the presenter on the stage does not need to be fully in the meeting but we would like their screen to be shared into the webinar). We did this my using the Share Screen button on the home screen of the Zoom application, this worked perfectly in a standard webinar but when we joined a meeting with a backstage it worked while we were in backstage but once we move into the webinar we lost the share and cannot restart it. 

 

Any suggestions?

Zoom's instructions for streaming to YouTube are inaccurate and do not work

I really have no idea how this is even possible, but the instructions for how to start a live stream on YouTube (https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/360028478292#h_01FVAPEX3AN58227KNE3C8E1EV) bear no resemblance whatsoever to what I, as a paid subscriber, actually encounter when trying to follow said instructions.

 

The instructions begin as follows:

 

  1. Enable Custom Live Streaming for your meeting or webinar.
  2. Schedule your meeting or webinar.
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Configure live stream settings in the Live Streaming section. 

However, there is NO OPTION to "configure live stream settings" ANYWHERE in the Live Streaming section. All I see is this: 

 

"Live Streaming

After starting the meeting, click "More" and choose the service on which to live stream your meeting.

Your meeting support live stream to the following services.

  • YouTube"

This doesn't help, because the instructions I linked to above make it sound as if it's possible to pre-schedule a live stream on YouTube, then start a stream in Zoom and paste in the stream URL and key from YouTube so that the actual live stream links up with the event/stream previously scheduled on YouTube.

 

The instructions SEEMED straightforward enough, so I was caught off guard (to put it mildly) when I tried to set up my live stream today and found in completely impossible to do so. This was embarrassing and infuriating, and there's no excuse for it on Zoom's end. False/misleading instructions like this have real consequences for users.

On-Demand Webinar

Hello,

 

Does anyone know if I can make simulative or live recurring webinars also on-demand? If so, can someone send me an example of what this looks like for the registrant?

Is there  a way in Webinar with Polls to not let attendees know how many people are on the webinar. just provide a percentage and not how many attendees responded to that question?
