My company is planning to host a Webinar where we would like some specific features. My team would like to be the presenters where we walk through a presentation. We would like all of the attendees to be blinded from one another (they can't know who else is attending the meeting), but we as presenters would like to see who is attending. We do not want the attendees to be able to turn their camera on or speak, but would like them to be able to send us questions in chat form where only us as presenters can see these questions and other attendees can not. Confidentiality is very important. Do you all know if this is possible? Would we have to pay to get Zoom Pro? If so, could we get someone to help us set this up so that we do not make any mistakes? Thank you for any help you could provide!! 

since I have the paid zoom version the sound is bad especially if someone uses music in a webinar eg mediation and so on it does not reach me. My iphone without the paid accound can do it. my laptop with the paid account cannot do it. and my technicans tell me it is not the probelm of the computer that is working perfectly. any other dieas, nobody could help me not even zoom. thank you

I attend a daily webinar using Windows 10 PRO.  I use multiple windows desktops to organize my work.  When the webinar is not minimized, it appears in all the desktops that I have configured which hides other work.  Is it possible to limit the Zoom window to one desktop?

Hi, I have a one pro account, but just want to set up one webinar of an event than will run for a few hours, so those who can't make it can join in. Can't be complicated I thought. Everything I've looked at says go into 'Webinars' and access it from there, but there's only links to more complication and faff. Can someone help please, it would be much appreciated ! Ta Tony 

Can anyone help me to locate my cloud recording for yesterday's webinar? This is the very first time in over 2 years that I've had trouble locating a recording? Please help...SOS...

I am not able to locate a recording of a webinar I hosted yesterday, over 24 hours ago. This is unusual occurrence. I attempted to get support via telephone, but I was told that my account is not supported by phone support. I have a professional account, but I did not include my telephone number in my profile. It seems I need much support here:

1) I designated a co-host before pressing the recording button to store in the cloud.

2) Recordings of other meetings show up immediately; this one did not.

3) I pay US$ for a professional account; yet I am told my account is not supported by Zoom telephone support.

4) I did not include my telephone number in my profile which could be why they weren't able to identify my account status by phone.

I teach online people, I have more than 1000 students who come live in my basic course and more than 300 people come in advanced course, but my biggest problem is that I don't have any staff and when  If I do paid training for 1000 students, then some students share the link of the training with others, so that some people come to my class without paying fees, and I do not have enough time to approve everyone first after registering. 

I have email id of all students, is it so strict that I send email to those 1000 people and only those people can join?
