Sending zoom webinar recordings

Hello,

Is there a way to automatically send zoom webinar recordings to those that attended and those that did not, all registrants.  I know I can schedule an email but is there a way to automate the recording send?

Thank you!

My studio setup regarding the picture is two external cameras (one digital mirrorless Fujifilm and one iPhone 12). I work with external lightning (studio light). The picture in my computer looks like HD-quality, really flawless. But for the participant in the webinar, the resolution is bad. A corny picture, sometimes even sound is lagging with the lips movement. I've ticked all the boxes in the video settings/advanced section:

Optimize quality of the video I send with de-noise
Optimize quality of the video I receive with super resolution
Use hardware acceleration for receiving video
Use hardware acceletation for sending video

I ticked the box in recording settings for Optimize for 3rd party video editor.

So basically, why does the picture look like the attached one anyway? What am I missing in the settings, etc?

Webinars As Needed

We have a Pro account and are looking to host 3-4 webinars per year. Can we upgrade to the Webinar subscription as needed for the month of the webinar, cancel it after and repeat?

Webinar Reports

I am pulling the survey report, but nothing is on it. Does the survey report only show data for a survey that was created in Zoom? I am using a 3rd party survey link.

How to transition from a Zoom Webinar practice session to live webinar?

Hi all,

Hosting my first webinar tomorrow. I've learned there is not the equivalent to a "Waiting Room" in Zoom Webinar for me and my panelists and the advice is start as a "Practice Session" -- and just to confirm: to go live (that is, let attendees hear me / see us), I would then simply click "Start Webinar" and we would be live?

And if this is the correct order of events, my instructions to panelists and co-hosts would be to join the "Practice Session" ahead of time and then we all go live.

If someone can confirm (or deny) the above that would help put my mind at ease. Any other practices for this would be most welcome.

Thank you,

Rob

Resolved! Sharing two windows in one screen share

When a presenter is sharing their screen, we need to be able to also see an open window with an ASL interpreter translating for the deaf community. Is there a way for the presenter to share both screens at the same time?

Resolved! Webinar practice sessions

Is it possible to start a practice session the day before a scheduled webinar, end it, then start another practice session before the webinar goes live at its scheduled time (ie can you do more than 1 practice session for a webinar?

Different participant limits for subscribed packages... which one applies??

Hi all,

We have been using meetings and webinars successfully for events in excess of 200 attendees (our webinar package has 1000 seats)

This week we have a webinar scheduled and planned to use breakouts... not realising this is only possible with a Sessions or Events package.

We figured this limitation out and I persuaded my team to upgrade to Events. So far so good...

But now I found out we only have a 100 seat events package (because thats all you can get if you only want a 1-month upgrade, the bigger capacity upgrades are available for 1-year only)

But now I'm really confused... which seat limit applies?? We still have the 1000 seat webinar license and over 200 registrants... and the webinar is still a webinar (albeit now with breakouts and other new features enabled).

Will the 200 people still be able to join? Or will Zoom cap the event at 100?

But how does Zoom decide (and hence how do I know) which limit applies? Surely it would be unfair to cap all our webinars to 100 now that we have the more expensive Events package, because we're still subscribed to Webinar.

So does the 100-seat limit only kick in if we use the new Events features?

Final bit of info: the settings still show "Webinar Size: 1000 attendees" for this event... so can I take it that the 200+ registrants will all get in even if I use breakouts?? Or will half of them suddenly get kicked out the minute I enable any of the new features from the Events package??

Any help most gratefully received! Thanks
