Zoom webinar? I added large meetings, but can't get webinar to reflect the additional attendees 😞
Online via the support pages it says that limitations of simulive for a zoom session is attendees cannot join from a mobile browser and it says the same thing for Zoom Events simulive, but an AE from zoom just emailed me and said mobile is supported. Can you attend simulive sessions on a mobile browser or not? I can't get a straight answer and have been on hold with technical support for over 30 minutes imitations of Zoom Events simulive webinars What you said in previous email: Things you need to know when managing a Zoom Session.

Hi, what type of role does a Zoom user need to have to be able to integrate w/ Marketo? Our Marketo and Zoom webinar Launchpoint connection is failing saying, "Failed API Error: Create Zoom Webinar Registrant Failed". I read that you need admin access, and it can't be a "custom role with the permissions (users, usage, integration)"?
We're trying to get a few people set up to host webinars, so would that mean that each should have admin access and a Launchpoint service?

Hello everyone,
when I hold an online webinar but I have to download the files of the attendees, the email is no longer present and thus making it difficult to record all the attendance in the system
Is it possible to get the emails somehow?
Working with a client and trying to replicate what they did last year for a setup with a different company, they're requesting a few things that we cant figure out...
1. Are we able to send out personalized invites (i.e., a unique Zoom webinar link to each attendee)? I know we can have each attendee register for the webinar and then authenticate when they log in. Is that the extent of the security?
2. Is there a way to delay the Zoom webinar room information to go out until 24 hours before the webinar date? As of now it goes our immediately after registration, is there a way to withhold that information and send it out later?

I initially clicked to have our logo image shown in social media sharing. I have since both updated the logo and unclicked showing the logo when using social media sharing sharing from the invitation but it still displays. How do I either change it or remove it from the social media share?

During webinar registration, after filling out all the required information, It still shows this field is required. Please provide all solutions to resolve this issue.
Hi! I bougth Zoom one pro for one year for meetings with my students. But i also need zoom webinars for maksimum 100 users. I can buy Zoom webinars for 500 users. I really don t need so big room for my webinars. Why i havent got options to by smaller webinars? I feel that i am throwing money way. Looking forward for your help All the best! Michal

Today is my renewing date for my Zoom Pro Account and my Zoom Webinar add-on. Everything is properly setted and paied. However, for some reason (I assume that is something related to the billing process) I cannot use or buy again a Zoom Webinar. What should I do to solve that? I need to do a webinar today.
