I paid for the translation of the subtitles. I am currently at a conference with the Chinese, but I can only see subtitles in the conference without translation! However, in my conference that I created, I can see the translated subtitles!!!!. We urgently need help!!! Thanks

Dear @Ivan1990 ,
the availability of translated captions follows the license (and web settings for enablement etc.) of the host.
So, if the host does not have a license or add-on that includes translated captions, or has not activated them in their web settings, they will not be available to you, I am afraid.
