Starting February 3, 2025, Zoom Phone customers must add their phone numbers to an approved 10DLC campaign in order to keep using SMS/MMS capabilities on their numbers.

I tried upgrading my zoom account but I couldn't, please help I have a meeting tomorrow

Please try uninstalling your current version of Zoom. Don't worry, you won't lose anything! Once uninstalled, then install the latest version.
