I use Calendly now and basically would prefer to jump ship entirely to Zoom to add more value to our Zoom accounts but one thing in Zoom Scheduler for Team Schedules is a severe lack of Notification options. 

 

Basically the only notification options are calendar or email notification at the point of the meeting being placed. 

 

Is there plans to add in robust Notifications like for Individual schedules for Team Schedules? Basically would want to remind the attendee(s) like 1 hour prior to the meeting via email etc.

I recently switched from Calendly to Zoom Scheduler.  I really LOVE how on Calendly I can include my Company logo.  I can't seem to find how to included my logo so when the customer receives the text they see our LOGO on the text instead of the very LOOOOONGGGGG URL. 

 

I am a small business - by the way - and branding goes a very long way with our prospects and customers.  I switched because I wanted to streamline all the Apps I'm using for the business.  It just makes sense.

I added the incorrect dates to a recurring Zoom meeting. I updated the dates, but it doesn't appear that it updated the dates for the participants who already had registered. Is there a way I can inform the registered participants that it's this new date? Some of the participants have already added it to their calendars. What's the best way to approach this?

Scheduler - Multiple Hosts (the added hosts do not have host permission)

I am creating a scheduler event and choosing the option for:  All Hosts Available. 
Expectation is that I can assign multiple hosts to this meeting event.

-  The event does allow me to select multiple hosts and availability for each host.

 

However, when the Event is created, only the Owner is assigned as the Host.  All the other hosts are just participants and do not have any Host or Co-Host permission.   The alternate host cannot even start the meeting.

I am so frustrated that there is not even a support email that is monitored. I tried the chatbot but it kept insisting I needed to log in when I am ALREADY LOGGED IN!! 

 

Anyway, I used Scheduler for weeks with no issues. Then all of a sudden I get an email from zoom saying I need to re-authenticate. So I do. Now all of a sudden, nothing works. Every day shows no availablity. I cant run my business this way, spending 2 hours trying to solve a problem I didnt create. Can anyone help?? Starting to think zoom is not the right tool for a small biz

Account Wide Scheduler Customization

We are looking to brand the Scheduler feature on behalf of multiple users, however, we do not see this option under Admin, only under the individual users accounts.

 

Is there a way to set Scheduler information company wide? We are also hoping to have a couple of templates, based on what Department the user is listed under.
