Hi - I've created several Zoom Scheduler time slots for multiple attendees but my users are unable to add additional attendees.  The help article says to use a comma, spaces, or hit enter between emails but this does not work.  I've tested this and I also cannot get it to work.  Can you help, please?  Thank you.

Is it possible to change the text in the two messages that go out from the LTI Pro Calendar Scheduler? We are integrated with D2L.

i put my URL EWS and my account service with impersonation requis and get << unkwnow error >> after click on authorize.

My goal is get access for service account to enable calendar event meeting from outlook to zoom desktop app.

Scheduling Privilege

I started a new role within my company and I have scheduling privilege's for 3 VP's. However, the prior admin has been taken off and only given viewing rights. But still, when i go to reschedule/cancel a meeting that has been booked prior me starting... Show more

I started a new role within my company and I have scheduling privilege's for 3 VP's. However, the prior admin has been taken off and only given viewing rights. But still, when i go to reschedule/cancel a meeting that has been booked prior me starting the new role, an error message pops up. It will also give the VP the meeting is scheduled for an error message that they cannot reschedule/cancel. I NEED to be able to have access to  reschedule/cancel meetings that were created prior to me starting this role. Does anybody know if this is possible?

Hi everyone--I could use some help getting Zoom Scheduler up and running. I use a MacBook Air and Chrome. I've purchased Zoom Scheduler and downloaded the Zoom Chrome Extension. I've changed my Zoom account settings to allow my Google calendar to sync with Zoom. However, when I log into my Zoom account and click on Scheduler I get the message, "Looks like you don't have Zoom Scheduler." What am I missing? I'm grateful for the wisdom of the group!

Zoom scheduler

I set up zoom scheduler, so that customers could book into different meeting slots. I had it set where attendees would get an automatic booking confirmation email and I would also get an automatic email to say a slot had been taken. Up until this morning, it has been working well. All of a sudden, it has stopped working. The attendees are not getting a booking email and neither am I.  They still get an SMS, but not an email which has the zoom details in it. None of the emails are going into spam either, so it seems they are just not sending at all. 

 

I haven't changed any of the settings, and I've tried to get in touch with zoom over phone, live chat and by submitting a ticket, but I haven't got anywhere. When I was setting up the scheduler it didn't say there was a limit on emails and I can't find anything in my plan information that suggests there is a limit on the number of automatic emails sent either. Has anyone had this issue before please?

Bought scheduler. Get "Looks like you don't have scheduler"

I bought a license for Zoom Scheduler a few hours ago. When I click on it,  it says "looks like you don't have Zoom Scheduler"  - then when I click to buy it, it says I can't and that I owe 0$. In billing, it shows that I have a license for Zoom Scheduler.

 

I've logged out and back in several times. I've restarted my computer and logged on and off my internet profiles. I've cleaned out the cookies.

 

When can I expect to be able to use the service I paid for?
