Defaulting to Telephone

The Scheduler plugin is now defaulting to Telephone only. I've changed the settings on zoom site settings and still the plugin defaults to telephone when scheduling a meeting. Anyone else with this issue? 

Zoom desktop not seeing Apple Macbook pro contacts

Scheduler option to ignore availability on polls?

We are running into a problem using scheduler.  Many staff want to offer very specific times for a potential meeting, even times that they may currently have a competing appointment.  In these cases they are willing to re-schedule the other meeting if they had enough votes.

Is there an option or way that anyone has found to allow users to have the Polls ignore availability?  I can't see or find an option that would work to make this happen.   

Part two, is there an option to allow a time to be picked if just one of the hosts is available?  It seems to require that ALL hosts are available before it will allow us to pick a time in the poll.

Is there a way to text a meeting request?  I have a number of clients that do not look at their emails or gets lost in the large volumes or goes to spam.  Can it be done?

Hi, I run a small business and I use Zoom scheduler to schedule all my intro calls. In the Scheduler, I have a form that collects email, address and other information.  My question - is there a way for me to export ALL forms from a meeting type (intro call) into a CSV format? Or do I need to do this individually, with each intro call?  If individually, perhaps a future feature to enable export a meeting type?

Link to my scheduler page will not load for me or guests I send the link to.

I set up a scheduler and finished it. It gave me a link to share with others. When I or they paste it in, we see the schedule page for a second and then get a new screen that says "We couldn't load this link. Refresh your page, or try again later." Show more

Zoom keeps changing my meeting to NO FIXED TIME

I set up a reoccuring meeting weeks ago that had a set schedule - daily/ every 14 days/ 1 - 3:30 est. and it stayed that way until two days ago when it changed to NO FIXED TIME and when I edit it and hit save, it saves for a minute then reverts back ... Show more

Saving zoom template with custom questions

I schedule a zoom meeting 2 x a month, with registration, and I always include the same 3 custom questions as part of the registration process.

 

Can I save this meeting as a template, including the custom questions?

 It occurs in only 1 in 10 people.

 

Does this have something to do with me being in Korea and them being in another country?
