I’m noticing that my Zoom Room calendar integration prompts me to reauthorize every 30ish days. Has anyone else run into this? Is it normal to have to reconnect on a regular cadence, or could something be misconfigured?

What are you using for calendaring (Exchange, Google Calendar, etc)?
Re-authorization every 30 days is absolutely not a requirement enforced on Zoom's end, so any additional details about your use cas is helpful.

Office 365. We switched from EWS Integration to Graph using Application Impersonation in January and since it's happened twice to us. Almost like it's unable to renew it's refresh token or something along those lines and we have 30+ rooms that are unable to connect to their calendar.

Exact same situation here. We just switched over to Graph in June and the same thing just happened to us as well. It was an easy fix to reauth but I do NOT want this to be a regular thing since there is no notification that Zoom sends about this. It takes someone to notice the Zoom Room controller with the error for us to be notified. This is not good practice. Can we get a resolution on this please. Thanks!

Did you get this resolved? I have the same issue.

I have an active support ticket, but I submitted the logs have already been overwritten for them to diagnose the issue. I’ll wait for it to recur and then reopen the case with fresh logs.

I keep having to re-authenticate, sometimes as often as every day. This started recently. Most of the time when I go through SSO login, I get the login expired message even though it passed through to our SSO handler. We use a couple of different domain names in these tools. Today I tried the other domain for SSO, and it went through and let me book a room. Before this, I also exited Outlook and Zoom, but I don't know if that helped.

Having the same issue. 365. Using Zoom Neatboard. All settings correct. Possible issue with latest updates? Any known fixes?

Welcome to the Zoom Community, @ChiO-Jake! Log into the Zoom web portal > Profile > Scroll to Calendar and contacts integration. If you see this error message: "OAuth 2.0 Token has expired; please reauthorize this account," click select "Edit" and "Authorize." Let me know if this helps or if you need further assistance.
