Zoom Phone- Outbound caller ID

Does anyone know if I can limit which caller ID options the users can use? I have 4 divisions with 2-5 phone numbers each. I only want them to be able to call out from the main phone number for the divisions. So 4 numbers on the list of about 20. Thanks!

You can set up each division as a Site. 

 

Each site can have its own caller-id number and caller-id name. 

 

as admin, you can limit the caller-id number for members of a division to that division’s (site) caller-id number.

 

The site’s caller-id number is setup in the site’s auto receptionist and the caller-id name in the site’s profile.
