Zoom Phone - Can't Call a US Area Code

Just started with Zoom phone - have been able to call out to a couple of customers but just now couldn't call out to an area code that is associated with a region 150 miles away.   I got the voice error message "sorry we could not complete this call. your service plan does not include this destination".

Please help!

did you assign the unlimited us/canada to yourself in the phone system management>users and rooms?  for an example, please see attached.

Thanks for this -- when I go to my user the US/CA unlimited is already assigned but the bottom 2 on your .png, underneath he ProPlan assignment, doesn't show up on my end.

since you have us/ca unlimited calling plan, you should be able to call out.

in my .png, i show assignment of local telephone numbers (blurred) to user Demo2.  do you have a local number assigned to you or are you using the company's main auto attendant local number?

my suggestion is to open a case with zoom.
