ZOOM Phone

hi @minoriman ,

According to zoom, zoom phone live transcriptions are not stored anywhere.

Using call live transcription

Assuming you have turned on live transcriptions for the call and before you end the call, you could copy and paste the live transcription to a text or word processing document or an email.

Sample zoom phone test call using your question translated to English.  Before terminating the call, I did a copy and paste to ms word with these results:

“170296

00:02

This call is being transcribed.

We use Zoom phone live transcription. We are utilizing live transcription during calls.

Later, I would like to attach it to an email. As a memo, but there is no transcription of the live performance anywhere.

Where is it stored? Its visible during the call, but you cant do anything about it because it disappears from the screen when the call ends.

It seems that there is no point watching a live transcription While on the call, I was hoping that using live transcribed data would eliminate the hassle and mistakes of communication.

Does anybody know where the Zoom phone live transcription data is stored?”

If you have zoom phone auto recordings turned on, the audio is stored and can be accessed on zoom client, zoom phone under history.  When you access the recording, you will see zoom generate a transcription of audio recording to text.  Zoom appears to prohibit copying this transcription; however, you can download the audio and use some other voice to text software to do your own transcription.

Did my response answer your question? If so, please don't forget to mark the reply as an accepted solution.
