View Call Quality

I am in the proces of moving our phone system to Zoom Phone but I am unable to find where to view the call quality. All i can see from my search online is to view it from the dashboard but this is not enabled for my account as we are not using paid Zoom Meeting plans yet. Surely I'm missing something? I shouldn't have to purchase a plan for a service I don't need to see the status of a service i'm actually paying for?!

What happens when you visit https://zoom.us/pbx/page/account/metrics/pbxqos/#/dashboard/quality/overall ?

 

What phone license do you have?

 

This feature is explicitly advertised on their pricing page at https://zoom.us/pricing/zoom-phone

(We're still in a trial period, but I guess it includes meeting licenses. Would be a dealbreaker if there's no quality dashboard when we're paying for the service.)

Hi!

 

Unfortunately, the dashboard is only visible to Business and Education accounts. This does not include Zoom Phone Only,  Zoom Meetings Pro and Zoom United Pro accounts which most smaller businesses use, such as mine. I know, it is kind of ridiculous; all of the support is geared around the Zoom Meeting subscriptions and those who are use the Zoom Phone primarily are left out.

Thanks for the clarification that I’m not missing something, what a ridiculous situation.

 

The promotional material (which sold me on the service) e.g. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xZfCxpVwT6A clearly advertise that you will have access to "vital network data", this turns out to be false advertising.

If anyone from zoom is reading this, surely this information could be displayed in the logs section? or the  Zoom Phone dashboard opened up to Zoom Phone Admins?

Thanks @semenko I can see the QOS dashboard on a Zoom Phone only account.  What I don't see how to get to this dashboard from the admin portal?  How did you find you way to it, please?

 

 

Via this link, which is to https://zoom.us/account/metrics/dashboard -- and the "Zoom Phone" link is at the top. We're part of a trial that includes meeting licenses, so maybe the first link doesn't work for non-meeting licensed users?

The same is true for me as with @BrandonS . I don't have the "Dashboard" showing in my Admin Portal and get a "No Privilege" message for the link above; I can, however, access the QOS data for the Phone System with direct link to PBX data. Thanks!
