I have enabled SMS on my Zoom Phone number. I can text out from the Zoom app, but when I try to text my Zoom Phone number I receive a text from +90 (008) 000 42 42 saying that my number "is a landline #. Reply Y to send all TXT messages to this # as voice messages for .25/msg.+ std msg fee. Deatils @vtext.com, TexttoLandline. Anyone else have this issue and how can I fix it?

I also have experienced this same issue when assigning my new users an already ported and existing phone number. Open a ticket with support. They will ask for details, like the mobile carrier, if it happens with a different carrier, date and time of the test SMS message, etc. It took a few weeks for them to figure out the issue but it was a back end provider provisioning issue.
